Products and Services
All products available on veiledprince.com are made-to-order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout through Shopify Payments.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
All Veiled Prince products are custom-made to order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Total delivery time is usually 5-14 business days from order placement.
Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed information.
Returns and Refunds
Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@veiledprince.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
