Because each Veiled Prince item is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on our made-to-order products.
Quality Guarantee
While we don't accept standard returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll make it right.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@veiledprince.com. We'll need:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the defect, damage, or error
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your claim, we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Wrong Size Orders
Please double-check your size selection before ordering, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We recommend reviewing our size charts carefully before purchase.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we begin production immediately and cannot make changes or cancel the order.
